What If My Bank Doesn't Support Interac's Request For Payment Feature?

At East Van Buds, we strive to make the purchasing process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers.

If your bank doesn't support the Interac Request for Payment feature, don't worry - you can still complete your purchase using email money transfer.

To get started, simply log into your bank account and select Interac eTransfer. From there, you can add a new contact with the following information:

  • Pay To / Recipient Name: East Van Buds

  • Memo: Your Order Number Only

Our email is set up for auto-deposit, but if a security question and password is necessary, please use the following:

  • Security Question: country

  • Answer: canada
