At East Van Buds, we understand that waiting for your package can be an exciting and sometimes anxious experience. That's why we want to keep you updated on your order's whereabouts.

Once Canada Post has scanned in your East Van Buds order, you'll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear on your tracking once it has been received.

If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please get in touch with us and we'll investigate the issue. It's possible that your tracking information may have missed a scan during transit and may not be updated correctly.
