At East Van Buds, we take the safety and security of your package delivery seriously. That's why we offer a signature required service free of charge for your peace of mind. When your package is marked "signature required," the postal delivery person will request identification that matches either the address or the name on the shipping information before handing off the package. This helps to ensure that your package is delivered only to the intended recipient.

If you are not home to receive your package, don't worry. The postal worker will leave a "pick up" notice card and drop your package off at a local post office. Simply read the card to see when your parcel will be available for pick up.
